However, we and our partners reserve the right to censor such photo data or text at any time for the purpose of providing such photo data or text to legal authorities for the purpose of reporting potential violations of law to legal authorities, refusing to transmit such photo data or text, and refusing to process orders for such photos, if required by law, regulatory or to respond to government requests. In addition, if we believe that such content may violate these Terms, we may cancel orders, stop manufacturing, stop shipping products, or take other necessary measures without prior notice.

All estimated dates or days for receiving the Products are indicative and we do not guarantee delivery of the Products by or within the date indicated by us. All amounts shown are in Japanese Yen and are valid until we change them. If the price published on the Site for the Product you have ordered is incorrect, we will contact you to confirm that you would like to order at the corrected price.

If you designate a store to pick up your order, you will pay the price in exchange for the product at the designated store. The deadline for receiving the product is within 14 days after the order is placed. Even if the product is not picked up due to the customer's convenience, the customer's payment obligation will continue until the payment is completed. If the collection deadline is exceeded, the ordered product may be disposed of. The Company is not responsible for the delivery of the ordered product after the collection deadline.

In the case of home delivery, if the product is returned to the Company due to inadequate address, long-term absence, or other customer convenience, and the product is not received even after being contacted by the Company, the Company may dispose of the product.

You are responsible for sending, downloading, and uploading digital images or other content.

If a dispute arises with a third party due to such content, the customer shall resolve the dispute at its own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to the Company or its partners.

In the unlikely event that the Company or its partners receive a claim, claim, lawsuit, etc. from a third party, you shall defend the Company and its partners and indemnify them for any damages (including attorneys' fees) arising therefrom.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to your images or content, damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from downloading or uploading. You are responsible for backing up at your own risk.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer in connection with the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Neither the Company nor its partners shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of data, damage, delivery delays, or delivery delays.

Even if we are liable, the amount of compensation will be limited to the amount you paid us for the order.

If there is a link to another third-party site on this site, we will not be involved in the content of the site, and we will not be responsible for the products and services provided on the site. When you access images or text on the website, you are not given the right to use the images. Permission to reproduce, distribute, or publish copyrighted material and the individual's consent in the material can be obtained from the copyright owner or legal representative. In most cases, the copyright holder is the creator. For photographs, the photographer generally holds the copyright, and for text, the author holds the copyright. If you want to retain the exclusive copyright to your photo, please do not share it.

The estimated date or number of days for receiving the product is all estimates. The delivery time varies for each product, so please check the estimated delivery date on the detail page of each product. In the unlikely event that the delivery date is significantly later than the estimated delivery date, we will contact the customer.
